Ricardo Viviani
Biography
Ricardo Viviani is a dancer, choreographer and oral historian from São Paulo, Brazil. He began his dance career in São Paulo before moving to New York, and later Germany. He studied at the University of São Paulo and continuing education at Fernuniversität in Hagen, Germany. He has worked as a dancer and as a choreographer in the independent scene, contemporary opera, and musicals. Currently he creates oral histories at the Pina Bausch Foundation in Wuppertal, and other archives. His workshop “Finding your Voice” helps dancers and choreographers to articulate their knowledge in words.
