Hibiki Takeda

Biography

Takeda Hibiki is a Japanese anthropologist specialized in the area of North-east Asia; especially in Japan and Korean Peninsula. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in a field of Cultural Anthropology at Kyoto University, Graduate School of Human and Environmental Studies. He focuses on issues of kinship which spread Japan, Republic of Korea (ROK) and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). Under COVID-19 situation, he has published in Japanese. He is also doing his project as a Visiting Researcher in Seoul National University.
